The McGill Cardiovascular Research Day is an annual event organized by the McGill Division of Cardiology which highlights cardiology research (basic and clinical or population health) performed within McGill Faculty of Medicine.

The McGill Cardiovascular Research Day main goals are to

  • Highlight the cardiovascular research performed within McGill and its affiliated center

  • Promote research activities to students, residents and faculty within the Faculty of Medicine

  • Provide clinicians with updates on new findings, new technologies and new approaches to the detection and management of patients with cardiovascular disease

The event is headlined by the McGill University Louis and Artur Lucian Award Presentation (an international award given by McGill to a leading cardiovascular scientist selected by an international selection committee)
